  • Do I have a sign-in name?

    Pet Pals’ Clients use their email address to register an account through the Client Portal. The email address used upon registration becomes the sign-in name.

  • How far in advance can you submit a service request?

    The online calendar does not limit how far in advance you plan.  Additionally, Pet Pals encourages people to plan ahead as far in advance as possible to maximize the potential for availability and ensuring you get the service you want when you want it. 

  • Is the online calendar first come first serve booking?

    The online calendar does not represent or guarantee availability and does not reserve service upon submission.  Instead, the calendar is a tool allowing Clients the enhanced ability to request and track the date(s), time(s), and service(s) they want.  Requests are assessed based on at least the service(s) requested, availability, and when it was requested with the intent to maximize the number of approved requests.  All calendar requests are replied to either approving or declining the service(s) in a timely manner.

  • Is there a difference between consistently recurring Clients vs. ad hoc Client requests?

    Recurring, ad hoc, and new Clients all enjoy the same tools and convenience through the Pet Pals. Additionally, Pet Pals greatly appreciates its Clients and actively works to anticipate Client needs, maximize availability, and minimize declined requests in all situations.  Pet Pals recurring Clients benefit from an easier and more accurate ability for Pet Pals to proactively anticipate their needs.

  • If Pet Pals takes a vacation and I’m already scheduled for services, then do I get a notification of the conflict?

    The online calendar portal allows Pet Pals to block time from being requested in the calendar for planned vacations.  Additionally, Pet Pals proactively contacts recurring Clients of upcoming unavailability. 

  • Do I have separate profiles for each pet with the ability to customize notes for each?

    Each Client’s profile allows for as many pets as you have and provides customized information, including separate descriptions, birthdays, general notes, and more for each Pet.

  • Can I receive and pay invoices online?

    Clients can receive and manage invoices online.  In addition, Pet Pals offers multiple payment methods to make paying invoices quick and convenient.
