Pet Pals LLC is the premier pet services company serving Sioux Falls, SD and the surrounding area. Our team partners with Clients to improve people's and pet's lives through customized visits to Client’s homes to care for their pets. This peace of mind and convenience to pet parents who are busy working, traveling, and living the lives they want, allows them to still have the cared for and loved pets they want.  So we look for teammembers that love all creatures great and small and have a passion to love on pups and/or kitties, in particular.  Pet Care Specialists then commit to at least 6 months of working with us, undergo a background check (paid for by Pet Pals), are provided training, and have many growth opportunities. Their basic workday will be filled first and foremost with lots of love, adoration and attention from dogs/cats/pets of all sizes, shapes, and personalities.

This is an active job with Pet Care Specialists moving constantly. Between playing with dogs in the backyard, cleaning up potty messes, taking dogs on walks, scooping litter boxes, cleaning up toys and constantly interacting with the clients in our care: pet sitters hardly ever sit down. Still, our Pet Care Specialists get paid to be outside, for exercising, and for loving and being loved by pets.  In fact, one of their core job responsibilities is to foster pet happiness through play, love, stimulation, manners training (as applicable), physical activity, and overall positive interaction with the pets in their care.

Partnering with Pet Pals goes beyond Pet Love.  While there is plenty of therapeutic animal interaction, there is so much more opportunity for Pet Pals' teammembers.  Pet Care Specialists are constantly learning through experience and Pet Pals trainings.  As a small business, there's endless opportunities for teammembers to get involved at a depper level, build various talents, and develop leadership skills that can translate to most any other job or career. 

Depending on our teammember's area of interest, skillset, and/or groals; they may assist with tradeshows, social media marketing, pet related publications, dog training and/or Pet Pals Mentorship Program, business development, various parts of Pet Pals technology and/or Client related platforms, and more.  Teammembers have the opportunity to get involved within the local Pet Industry to a great degree and be part of our giving back programs.  These partners can take on responsibilities over teams, serivce areas, large Client contracts, and more.  Some Pet Care Specialists may even go on to build out their own business with of support from Pet Pals through a partnership, Pet Pals consulting or other business to business offerings, and more.  Opportunity at Pet Pals is truly only limited by our Team, their wants, and their willingness and motivation to achieve.
