Our Pet Care Specialists are part of a greater team with Clients, Pets, and other Pet Pals personnel working toward making a positive difference in people's and pet's lives through at least:

• The overall safety and well-being of the pets in their care
• The safety and security of the home in which the pets live
• Relaying peace of mind through clear communication, quality photos, constant positive interaction with pets and knowledge of pet care.
• Foster pet happiness through play, love, stimulation, manners training (as applicable), physical activity, and overall positive interaction with the pets in their care
• Following specific instructions from Clients and Pet Pals' servicing model, paying attention to detail and attending to the “small things”.

Pet Pals has scheduled pet sits and dog walks seven days a week mostly between the hours of 6am to 10pm.  Pet Care Specialists are expected to drive to these pet sitting and/or dog walking appointments, check in and out of appointments using our software through their mobile phone, and write nice informative updates with pictures to let clients know how their pets are doing.
